1- Customer Details Confirmation
The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all product details, including sizes, colors, design details, and images of all attached details as mentioned on the website and Instagram. All our products are custom-made according to the sizes and details chosen by the customer during the purchase process.
2- Tailoring Dresses / Abayas According to Measurements
All designs purchased from our website are tailored according to the measurements provided by the customer during the order process. Since the clothing is made based on the customer's choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the products match the specifications chosen.
3- Shipping and Delivery Details
The delivery time does not include the tailoring time; please read the tailoring time details under the product details.
Delivery will be made on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders within the UAE are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, and international orders are shipped within 4-10 business days via DHL. In Oman, orders are delivered within 1-5 business days via authorized local Omani delivery companies. Delivery times are the responsibility of the delivery companies, and any delays after the package is handed over to them are their responsibility. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and region.
4- Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Information
The website is not responsible for any delay in order delivery if the customer has provided incorrect shipping information.
5- Return and Exchange Policy
Since all products are custom-made according to the size / length and details chosen by the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that if the products match the specifications chosen, or if the customer has selected incorrect sizes, we do not accept return or exchange requests.
6- Minor Stitching Defects
Threads are a natural part of clothing and are not considered a manufacturing defect, as clothes are made with threads. The customer should trim them with scissors and not pull on them.
7- Customs Duties
The customer may incur customs duties in rare cases, depending on the customs regulations in the customer's country.
8- Size Errors and Adjustments
If a size error occurs on our part and is amendable, we will cover the cost of the adjustments. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer has selected an incorrect size.
