1- The customer is responsible to confirm the selected items with all associated details before purchasing.
2- The customer will bear the order delivery value of two riyals across (OMAN ONLY).
3- The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-3 working days inside the UAE and 7-10 working days outside the UAE depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address.
4- The site is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order in case the delivery information is not written correctly by the customer.
5- After receiving the product in good condition (without errors in measurements or without manufacturing defects), our responsibility falls away and we do not accept exchange or refund.
6- Threads are part of the clothing, they are not considered a manufacturing defect since the clothing is made of threads. Please cut it with scissors and do not pull it.
7- Customer may be charged customs duties in rare cases, depending on the customs fees in the customer’s country.
